A founder commitment intended to create a lasting connection between commercial progress and the future public-benefit work of TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.
Approved commitment: 4P3X AI™ was created to help turn ideas into practical technology that can make life easier for people. As part of that mission, Ciaran Kelly has made a founder commitment that 10% of the profits he personally receives from businesses and products created through the Ciaran Kelly and 4P3X AI™ co-building process will be set aside to help build and support TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.
The commitment is intended to connect future commercial success with accessible learning, practical support, digital inclusion and responsible community technology. It does not turn the company into a charity or remove the need for proper legal and financial separation.
Develops commercial technology, platform foundations, products, partnerships and professional services.
Turns ideas into structured, accessible, offline-first and deployment-ready technology under human direction.
Revenue opportunities remain subject to ordinary business costs, obligations, taxation and responsible accounting.
Ten per cent of profits personally received by Ciaran Kelly from qualifying co-built businesses and products is intended to be set aside.
Support for approved public-benefit programmes when the appropriate legal structure, governance and controls are in place.

Fund accessibility, safeguarding, security, evidence and independent review before wider deployment.
Translate reviewed resources and adapt delivery for additional communities and communication needs.
Support carefully governed pilots with schools, councils, charities, libraries and community organisations.
Maintain local-first resources so core support is not entirely dependent on a permanent internet connection.
Before funds can be managed as part of a formal Foundation programme, the following controls would need to be established with professional advice.
An appropriate public-benefit or charitable structure with clearly defined purposes.
Clear separation between Kyzel Kreates™ commercial income, the founder’s finances and future Foundation funds.
Trustees or directors able to oversee decisions, conflicts, safeguarding and public-benefit priorities.
Published information showing what was received, allocated, delivered, measured and learned.
The 10% Impact Commitment is intended to help make sure that growth within the wider Kyzel Kreates™ and 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™ can contribute to technology and programmes that are more accessible, more supportive and less dependent on a person’s income or connectivity.
