Continuity by design

Support that does not disappear when the signal does.

Every compatible 4P3X support App is designed around a local-first principle: download the interface, knowledge and essential tools; store appropriate progress on the device; synchronise only when needed and authorised.

Offline delivery sequence

Install once, continue locally, reconnect with control.

1

First successful load

The App downloads its core interface, pages and approved support pack using a service worker or packaged local runtime.

2

Local operation

Lessons, checklists, notes and guided tools continue to work from device storage without a permanent server connection.

3

Controlled reconnection

Updates, exports or approved sync happen later, with visible status and human approval where the information is sensitive.

Local support station

A small local network can serve many devices.

A community centre, shelter, library or rural support point could host a local 4P3X station containing the gateway and approved support packs.

  • Users connect over local Wi-Fi without reaching the wider internet.
  • Updates are downloaded when the station regains an authorised connection.
  • No household router password is shared with visitors.
  • The support station can be physically and digitally separated from staff systems.

What still needs connectivity?

Can remain local

  • Downloaded lessons and guidance
  • Checklists, plans and private notes
  • Local search across installed knowledge
  • Basic read-aloud and accessibility controls
  • Queued exports for later handoff

May require a connection

  • First installation and content updates
  • Live emergency and official-service information
  • Provider authentication or zero-rated routing
  • Optional cloud AI enhancement
  • Approved synchronisation with another organisation
Low-connectivity delivery

More than one way to move support.

Different communities may need different delivery routes. The architecture is intended to support controlled local transfer as well as optional secure online services.

Downloadable packs

Approved lessons, guides and support resources can be stored for later local use.

QR and file handover

Small approved packages can be moved through verified QR or file-based handoff where suitable.

Community technology hubs

A trusted local station can hold updates and resources for nearby devices without requiring every user to maintain broadband.

Optional secure sync

When authorised connectivity returns, updates and approved progress can synchronise through clear human-controlled stages.
