The wider public-benefit mission

Part of the future TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ plan.

The 4P3X AI™ Free Support Access Network is intended to become one practical delivery route within a wider long-term plan to improve access to learning, guidance and support for people who may otherwise be excluded by cost, connectivity, confidence, disability, location or personal circumstances.

Important status: TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™ is a planned future foundation. It must not be presented as a registered charity or established legal body until the appropriate structure, trustees, governance, registration, funding controls and independent oversight are formally in place.

4P3X AI™ representing accessible support and practical guidance
Why 4P3X AI™ was built

Support should remain available when life becomes difficult.

Ciaran Kelly built 4P3X AI™ to be fully supportive, practical, calm and non-judgmental, with an offline-first design that can keep approved guidance and support available after the relevant knowledge and support packs have been stored locally.

4P3X AI™ is intended to help people understand information, break difficult tasks into manageable steps, prepare questions, build confidence, find suitable resources and recognise when qualified human or emergency support is needed.

  • Core guidance can remain available without a constant internet connection.
  • Support can be adapted through simpler language, read-aloud and step-by-step routes.
  • Local-first storage reduces dependency on permanent cloud access.
  • Human professionals remain responsible for safeguarding, medical, legal and high-impact decisions.
A practical foundation, not just a statement

Six connected areas of future public benefit

The foundation plan is intended to turn technology, partnerships and founder commitments into practical access routes that can be tested, governed and measured.

Free support access

Help people reach approved 4P3X AI™ support services without being excluded by data costs, weak connectivity or lack of home broadband.

Accessible learning

Support people who learn, think, communicate or experience the world differently through adaptable, neurodivergent-friendly and offline-capable learning tools.

Community support stations

Place secure local support libraries in community centres, shelters, libraries and other trusted locations where normal connectivity may be limited.

Devices and connectivity

Work towards funded devices, sponsored access, local Wi-Fi gateways and downloadable knowledge packs for people facing digital exclusion.

Practical life guidance

Provide support around wellbeing, bereavement, recovery, employment, digital skills, education, caring responsibilities and animal welfare.

Evidence-led improvement

Measure usefulness, accessibility, continuity and safe referrals so future support is improved by evidence rather than inflated claims.

Founder impact commitment

A route for future funding

Ciaran Kelly has made a founder commitment that 10% of the profits he personally receives from businesses and products created through the Ciaran Kelly and 4P3X AI™ co-building process will be set aside to help build and support TH3 4P3X F0UND4T10N™.

What the commitment is intended to support

  • Development and maintenance of free public-benefit support Apps.
  • Offline support stations and approved local knowledge libraries.
  • Devices or connectivity support for digitally excluded users.
  • Accessibility testing, safeguarding review and independent assurance.
  • Community pilots delivered with trusted local partners.

What must be established before formal operation

  • An appropriate legal structure and independent governing documents.
  • Trustees or directors with clear responsibilities and conflict controls.
  • Transparent financial records, restricted-fund controls and annual reporting.
  • Safeguarding, privacy, complaints, procurement and grant-making policies.
  • Clear separation between commercial Kyzel Kreates™ activity and charitable funds.
How this network fits

The Free Support Access Network can become a foundation delivery pillar.

Its role would be to connect the foundation’s purpose with practical technology already being developed across the 4P3X Verse Ecosystem™.

1. BuildCreate and improve accessible support Apps and offline knowledge packs.
2. ApproveReview safety, privacy, accessibility and claims before public use.
3. ConnectWork with providers, councils, charities and community hosts.
4. DeliverOffer free-at-the-point-of-use access and offline continuity.
5. MeasurePublish evidence, lessons, limitations and real public outcomes.
Long-term ambition

Support that reaches people before exclusion becomes a crisis.

The wider ambition is to make useful help easier to reach at home, in schools, in community settings and during periods of instability—without requiring people to have perfect connectivity, advanced digital skills or the confidence to navigate complicated systems alone.

Public promise

Dignity, honesty and human control.

The foundation plan should never depend on selling vulnerable users’ data, exaggerating impact or replacing qualified professionals. Every public claim should distinguish clearly between what has been built, what is being piloted and what remains a future goal.
